Notes: Juice the lime (should be 1-1 1/2 oz), add all but soda to an ice-filled shaker, shake and strain into a goblet or large cocktail glass, add a splash of soda and serve. Optionally, dry shake the egg white before adding the rest of the ingredients and shaking with ice for froth.
