  • 2 TBSP Finely Grated Ginger +
  • Cup Water +
  • 1/2 TSP Lime Juice +
  • TSP Light Brown Sugar +

    Multi-Step (see Special Direx), then serve Neat in a Highball Glass


    Notes: Add water to pot, bring to boil, stir in grated ginger, remove from heat and cover, rest for 1 hour. strain through a tea strainer or cheesecloth, pressing the ginger to extract more liquid. Add lime juice and brown sugar and let cool. Bottle, cap tightly and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks, add club soda/seltzer if you want to carbonate it.
