  • 1/2 Lime-quartered +
  • 3/4 Oz Brown Sugar Syrup +
  • 2 Oz Cachaça +

    Multi-Step (see Special Direx), then serve Over cubed ice in a Old-Fashioned Rocks Glass


    Notes: add ice to rocks glass to fill, then muddle lime and sugar in a mixing glass to dissolve sugar, add cachaça and ice to fill, shake to mix, then pour contents back into rocks glass (no strain). Alternately use 1 tsp brown sugar instead of syrup.
