the ice cube is made by freezing a mixture of distilled water and dry vermouth to the volume that you would normally prefer your martini. In other words I'm guessing:
-if you would stir your martini with 1/2 oz dry vermouth, then you should be able to just use a single 50/50 ice cube from a 1 oz ice cube tray;
-if you typically would use an oz of dry vermouth, it's easiest to just do 2 of the above, unless you happen to have 2 oz cubes (in which case consider yourself fortunate).
