  • Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth Ice Cube +

  • Scale recipe to: (quantity and optional non-Ounce unit of measure): of
    for example enter "2" and then pick an ingredient from the select menu to scale the drink to 2 ounces of it

    Pour, then serve Neat in a Cocktail/Martini/Margarita Glass


    Notes: important that the glass also be well-chilled for this. the ice cube is made by freezing a mixture of distilled water and dry vermouth to the volume that you would normally prefer your martini. In other words I'm guessing: -if you would stir your martini with 1/2 oz dry vermouth, then you should be able to just use a single 50/50 ice cube from a 1 oz ice cube tray; -if you typically would use an oz of dry vermouth, it's easiest to just do 2 of the above, unless you happen to have 2 oz cubes (in which case consider yourself fortunate).
