  • 1/4 Oz Demerara-sugar Simple Syrup +
  • 1.5 Oz Apple Cider +
  • 1.5 Oz Rye-Straight +
  • 1.5 Oz Ginger Beer +
  • Lime Wedge +
  • Green Apple Slice +

    • Scale recipe to: (quantity and optional non-Ounce unit of measure): of
    for example enter "2" and then pick an ingredient from the select menu to scale the drink to 2 ounces of it

    Multi-Step (see Special Direx), then serve Over cubed ice in a Highball Glass


    Notes: Muddle a small piece of peeled fresh ginger root and syrup in bottom of a mixing glass, add cider, whiskey (rec's Old Potrero Hotaling's Whiskey) and ice, shake, strain, top with ginger beer, squeeze in the lime, garnish with apple slice.
