  • 1.5 Oz Overproof Rum +

    Notes: Muddle a small piece of peeled fresh ginger root and syrup in bottom of a mixing glass, add cider, rum and ice, shake, strain, top with ginger beer, squeeze in the lime, garnish with apple slice.
